I think flo tv may find a $199 price point more realistic. I also think charging $8.99 should be standard-- not only with the 3yr agreement. Basically what I'm saying is I want it but I'm waiting. :-P

I've been using this device everywhere I go, I was in line at starBucks and was blasting the device VISUALLY, in line. Head phone s on of coarse ;-) and saw the news break of the fort Hood Shooting, every was looking over my sholder and checking it out, I then had to add I have FLO TV... and since I've had it, I am sooo plugged in Politically and entertainment wise, I don't know what to do with myself :0)

apparently because we took the bus (and did not refuse it which would have meant people not being able to get to the wedding).. we are unable to reverse the charges, according the the credit card company. UGH!

You mentioned an inquiry by the credit card company. Did your mom attempt a chargeback? If not, that's definitely the way to go when things get that bad.

I ended up going towards the end... it actually wasn't THAT crazy. The crowds were smaller than expected!
